Description :
This class is for athletes ages 12+ to tumble with their peers. Level 1 Tumbling focuses on proper technique and execution of Rolls, Handstands, Cartwheels, Round Offs, and Walkovers as well as connecting skills. Level 2 Tumbling will focus on strength, shaping, and drills needed to be successful with standing and running handsprings, flysprings, and all level 2 combinations! Here at BCA, we believe in Perfection before Progression. We know that ensuring the athlete can perform the skill perfectly means they have a better chance of gaining more advanced skills in a safe and timely manner.
