The Junior Boys Crew works on fundamental movement patterns and enhanced physical literacy. These classes are perfect for any athlete working coordination, agility, power and flexibility in a fun, positive atmosphere. Our Boys Crew staff understand the needs of boys for continual movement, challenge and excitement in a respectful space.

Our Junior Crew focuses on basic boys’ movements learning men’s specific apparatuses of PBars, Metal High Bar and mushroom, mixed with floor skills, trampoline and social distanced fun!
