Our advanced youth taekwondo camp will cover sparring, poomsae and board breaking. Over the course of the week, we will cover the fundamentals of sport Taekwondo, fitness, and nutrition. This camp is a great way to kick start skill development after a long absence from in person training. Participants will have over 24 hours of training in the dojang with instructors and coaches. 

This camp is open to all participants who currently attend Calgary Taekwondo Academy, are aged 7 - 12 years and are Green Stripe Belt to Black Belt.

Notes : Must have a set of sparring equipment. Equipment is available for purchase at our facility. Participants are required to bring uniforms for the training portion of the camp. All participants should pack a water bottle, nutritious lunch and two snacks. All participants must bring hat, sunscreen and bug spray for outdoor activities.

Prérequis : Participants must be green stripe belt to black belt. This is a skills camp for participants currently enrolled at Calgary Taekwondo Academy.
