Description :

Get ready for a week of fun, friends and trampoline and tumbling! A typical day of camp will involve instruction on the trampoline, fast track, double mini trampoline and tumbling skills on the floor. Learn cool new skills, increase fitness, strength, power and flexibility through fun gymnastics based activities. While we work on progression towards flipping, we do not flip in our recreational trampoline programs.

Please send a lunch and snacks daily and a water bottle.
