Description :

Designed for dancers who are starting their dance journey and have an interest in ballet! Dancers will learn the technical foundations of classical ballet. Class will include barre & centre exercises, where dancers will work on correct posture, poise, stamina, control, and flexibility while performing ballet steps such as pliés, sautés, and pirouettes.

Notes : Dress Code: Navy blue or black leotard with convertible ballet tights. (Recommended brands: Capezio, Mondor, Body Wrappers, Revolution Dancewear). Footwear: Full sole pink ballet slippers. Prérequis : No previous experience required. Recommended to take with Jazz 1 or 2 and Acro Dance 1 or 2 class.
