Designed for artists who have taken the beginner course or for those who have some experience using this versatile medium, alcohol inks are highly pigmented and fast drying. We will be using 91% Isoprophyl Alcohol, Yupo paper, plus the inks to create beautiful, colorful art. If you have used watercolors, you will enjoy seeing the beautiful effects these inks can achieve! All materials for this class will be provided, as well as a supply list for continuing for your art exploration at home.

Instructor: Mary Cavaioli was an award winning teacher and instructor in Broward and Palm Beach County Public Schools for over 40 years. She taught in the classroom and worked at the District level in Broward and Palm Beach. She has written articles for art journals, presented at state and national conferences all while mentoring many educators in the state of Florida. She has taught in Florida, Iowa, Sweden and Japan. She currently teaches for the Boca Raton Museum of Art and serves on the Boards for WITVA (Women in the Visual Arts) in Palm Beach and for the CLE in Highlands.

Notes : Cancellation Policy Please let us know immediately if you are unable to attend a class. There is no refund for cancellations within two (2) weeks prior to a scheduled class. Programs that include food, beverage or art materials must be canceled within three (3) weeks prior to receive a refund. CLE reserves the right to cancel a program if the minimum enrollment has not been met or for circumstances beyond our control, and participants will be notified, a complete refund will be issued. All classes are held in the CLE Lecture Hall at the Peggy Crosby Center unless otherwise noted. In the event information has changed from the published brochure, it will be posted on our website and in our e-blasts. Addresses for “private home” venues will be provided to registrants within 2 days of the program date.
