Shark Strong is our ultimate jumps, stretch & conditioning class. The aim of this class is to work on all the addional elements athletes needs to be successful. Specifically targeted for cheerleaders the class will consist of stretching, jump sepcific training and finishing off with conditioning.  This class is tailored to all athletes wanting to be a better all round cheerleader. We have a minimum age of 8 for this class - please note your athletes need to be able to work independently and participate in the conditioning activites.
