Monthly tumble clinics are 1 hour long sessions run on the same day at the same time throughout the month. These are replacing our Friday Night Clinics. You will see a rotation of classes over a monthly period offering lots of variety. They focus on a specific skill set your athlete wants to work on. These are great for athletes mid season to get extra work on their tumbles or to push for the next skill they are working towards. Opens at the start of every month and must meet the prerequisite for the class. 

Âge requis : 10+ au jour de l'activité

Prérequis : Should your athlete attend a class without the appropriate pre-requisite skills coaches may send them home. Please connect with your coach if you have further questions about the appropriate class. Layouts & Fulls PLUS PRE-REQUISITE SKILLS Standing tumble: 2 x BHS to a tuck Running tumble: Round-off BHS layout & working twisting. - Has competed a round-of BHS tuck for 1 season. Class for athletes that are working fulls OR have a full and are working on their next skills.
