Flyer Privates are 45 minute semi-private lesson to improve the athlete's flying skills with a coach's close watch. This class is ONLY for athletes that currently have flying roles on their teams and are looking to improve confidence and technique of their skills. The classes will included streching, mobility, flexibility, strength & conditoning all aimed at the flyers needs. There will be a maximum of 2 athletes per 45 minute lesson.

Âge requis : 6+ au jour de l'activité

Notes : A 7 day cancellation policy applies to receive full class credit. After 7 days your lessons will need to be sold/passed on at your own risk. Refunds can be requested via email.
