Moving to Wednesdays!! A 5 week series for Ages 7-15, Wednesdays 4:15-5:15PM-- Taken it before? come again for new projects and exploration! 

No Class on March 27th & April 3rd

• Learn how to bring herbs into your home.
• Creating your own Bath Oils, lip balms & more
• Learning which herbs are best in first-aid kits. How they help with sleep, stress, anxiety, and even an upset stomach.
• While playing with a variety of herbs we will create Teas & Potions to enjoy at home. 

OVER THE SESSION:

You will make Tea & infuse flowers and oil, create your own Lip Balm & Bath Products, build Spell jars: filled with different herbs for: sleep, creativity & happiness & make your own skin healing salve to use beyond class! 

About the Teacher:

Mckaila Egan is the creator of Medicine Ghippsy. As an Herbalist and Yoga Teacher, Mckaila offers multiple healing techniques teaching wellness for the body and home.   Growing up Mckaila faced her own health concerns with digestion, anxiety, and hormonal imbalances. Through her journey she discovered natural ways to strengthen her mind, body & spirit.
Since 2016 Mckaila has trained and studied natural healing modalities. Mckaila became a certified yoga teacher and graduated from Vital Ways Institute in Portland Oregon, becoming an Herbalist. Learning positive ways to heal her body has inspired her to share her story. Mckaila is here to educate and guide others on ways to create a healthier, holistic lifestyle.
