Gymnastics Birthday Party deposit and booking April - June 2024

This registration is to secure your time slot and to pay your deposit. The remainder of the full price is due at the end of the party, after we have counted the kids.

The full cost of the birthday party is $170 for the first 10 kids (birthday child plus 9 guests), plus $12 per kid for any additional children. No charge for adults or babies being carried around or playing at parent's feet. Any child of any age who is using the equipment should be paid for.

On the day of the party you will owe $12 per child ($120 remaining for the first 10 kids after deposit is paid, plus $12 for each additional child). Minimum final payment is $120 even if there are fewer than 10 kids.

To avoid duplication, birthday parties are being booked by only one method. Until the end of March, 2024, this method is by phoning the office at 604-795-6009. Beginning April 1, 2024, we are booking only through our online portal, here.

You may have more than one birthday child for your party. But just register one of them, and note the others in the notes section. The price is the same: $170 for the first 10 kids at the party, and $12 for each additional child.

You may bring decorations and food. We provide just the room, which includes tables and chairs, a microwave, sink, and fridge with freezer.

You may arrive 10 min early to greet your guests, but the gym and kitchen (party room) may not be available until the exact time your party starts. You may need to wait in the foyer.

This is a good time to sign in your own kids. Each parent should sign in his/her own children.

Parties start 10 min past the hour to give staff some time to clean in between.

NOTE: FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS, IF YOU HAVE NOT RECEIVED AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION THAT YOU HAVE BOOKED YOUR TIME SLOT, YOU PROBABLY DID NOT COMPLETE THE BOOKING. THERE ARE SEVERAL STEPS. GO BACK INTO YOUR ACCOUNT UNDER "BILLING"  AND CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE "REGISTERED" FOR THE TIME SLOT.
