Description :

This 90-min class is intended for kids and teens who have their back walkovers, or are close to it. Ideally a free skill assessment is optimal to determine the most appropriate class. It is recommended that you register in two or three classes per week to maintain muscle strength. Choose the times that work for you! Take $5 per month off the second weekly gymnastics class, and $10 per month off for the third gymnastics class. 

Another good option for skill and strength development is acro, which is found in our dance program.
