Description :

Gymnastics and Trampoline for advanced gymnasts who are already tumbling. Should be able to do a round-off back-handspring or round-off back tuck or equivalent.

No age restriction. Admission is based on skill level.

At this level it is recommended that you register in two or three classes per week to maintain muscle strength, prevent injury, and advance more quickly.  Choose the times that work for you! Take $5 per month off the second weekly class, and $10 per month off for the third class. 

Besides another advanced class, a good option for a second or third class is acro, which is found in our dance program.
