Description of the workshop by Federico Longo / dancer tanzmainz:

 

The workshop I will give for Danse à la Carte will start with a short warm up, improvisation inspired tasks and movements, to prepare the body for the physical quality that is needed in the second part of the workshop. In that we will dive into different phrases and moments inspired by the artistic work Soul Chain by israeli choreographer Sharon Eyal, which we will perform five times at DanseDanse in Montréal. I will be happy to close the workshop by giving the participants the possibility to ask questions. I am looking forward to it!
