In this workshop, herbalist and forager Nikki Satira will introduce participants to a variety of wild, edible plants that are commonly found in fields, forests, and even next to the sidewalks. This workshop will cover plant identification, wildcrafting ethics, harvesting techniques, and preparation tips for a variety of plants.
