Description :

Learn how to incorporate pole heels into your pole dance routine! In this beginner-friendly class, you will learn how to confidently walk, pivot, glide, clack, drop and spin in your heels, and much more!

Each class will consist of a low-flow warmup, several foundational moves as well as their progressions, followed by a short choreo. Each choreography will repeat for two weeks.

What to bring: 

• wear layers! Every class will be a little different and clothing requirements may vary - some choreography will require more skin grip than others
• Pole dancing heels (Pleasers, Hella Heels, etc) at least 7 in tall - we recomment 7 in boots for the most comfort and support!
• Knee pads
• grip aid
• water to stay hydrated
