After Hours: Advanced Heels Techniques Are you ready to take your heels game to the next level?

In this class we will focus on more advanced heels-based techniques and choreography. For two weeks in a row, we will work on the same choreography as we work on mastering more challenging tricks, spins, and floor work. There will be a heavy focus on controlled movement and smooth transitions.

What to bring: Every class will be a little different, so please come prepared!

• Pole dancing heels 7 inches or higher are required to participate in this class 
• You will also need knee pads and will want to wear layers, as some choreography will require more skin grip than others.
• As always, bring water to keep yourself hydrated!

Prérequis : - Completed pole 2 (or actively taking pole 2 and have instructor approval) - Smooth pirouette in heels (regular and backwards) - Controlled forwards and backwards shoulder rolls on both sides - Solid pole crunch - One-handed firehouse on both sides
