PRESCHOOL LESSONS (ages 3-5) The following American Red Cross lessons run 30 minutes. These lessons strive for a 1:5 teacher to student ratio. Swim - Preschool 1 Students will be taught basic water safety skills and basic arm and leg movements to help develop comfort in the water.
