Relay for athletes aged 8-19 as of Dec 31 2024

Relay’s registered for a division to compete in.  Relay’s may have 2 or 3 athletes.  Each athlete must complete the full leg: ie: Person 1: Swim, Person 2: Bike, Person 3: Run – a person may do 1 or 2 legs.

Energy for athletes aged 8-9 as of Dec 31 2024

Swim:  100m (4 lengths)

Bike: 3.6km (3 laps of school)

Run: 1km (1 loop)
