Relay’s registered for a division to compete in.  Relay’s may have 2 or 3 athletes.  Each athlete must complete the full leg: ie: Person 1: Swim, Person 2: Bike, Person 3: Run – a person may do 1 or 2 legs.

Extreme for athletes aged 14-19 as of Dec 31 2024

Swim:  400m (16 lengths)

Bike: 7.2 km (6 laps of school)

Run: 3km (3 loops)
