H.I.T.S (Honesty, Inspiration, Teamwork,
Sportsmanship) is USTA’s premier beginners
tennis youth program that incorporates the
fundamentals of a team sport while placing
an emphasis on life skill enrichment. With
this program, the use of modified equipment
allows young players to learn and play more
effectively. Kids will participate in fun
activities while learning the fundamentals of
tennis in a safe and supportive environment.
