In this handstand workshop you will learn a few exercises to build a strong base for handstands. Injury prevention | Posture and Alignment | Reinforcement| Coordination| Body awareness| We will go through different drills to help you achieve your goals and find your zone to practice handstand confidently. This class will be adapted to each of you, so we can look at the world upside down, while playing all together, in a safe practice!
