Description :
Advanced gymnastics classes with a focus on flexiblity, strength, and skill mastery. Athletes will use the beam, bars, floor, vault and tumble track to use their gymnastics skills on apparatus. A skills focus will be on handstands, roundoffs and handspring preparation. Please note, the CanGym program will be followed, but during this short 4-week session, no badges will be issued.

Notes : We are following Phase 2 recreational indoor sports protocols.
Prérequis : Novice levels in CanGym (Tan and Bronze) must be completed. Experience in our Intermediate and Advanced levels (Purple and Blue and Turquoise) will be helpful.
