Description :

Advanced gymnastics classes have a focus on flexiblity, strength, and skill mastery.  Athletes will use the beam, bars, floor, vault and tumble track to use their gymnastics skills on apparatus. A skills focus will be on handstands, roundoffs and handspring preparation. Please note, the CanGym program will be followed.  

* Two classes per week are STRONGLY  recommended for muscle development and strength necessary to perform skills at these levels. There is a 25% discount on a second class, when registering for the second class at the same time.

Notes : * Required attire: bare feet (clean hands and feet) Girls – leggings/shorts and t-shirt or one-piece body suit (no skirt) hair tied back, no jewelry, stud earrings are allowed Boys – gym shorts and t-shirt * Refillable water bottles are only permitted in the specified area in the gym. * The viewing area is open. * Retail is open for shopping for body suits, shorts, grips, hoodies, shirts, hats, etc... * Athletes will wait by the gym entrance door in the north hallway for their coach to let them into the gym.

Prérequis : Athletes must have passed the Cangym Blue badge.
