Flip 'n' Wicked Gymnastics is Georgina's Gymnastics Club! Recreational and Competitive Gymnastics classes for boys and girls provided by NCCP coaches.

Description :
Boys will work with a male coach to learn skills on the men's specific apparatus. This includes the "mushroom -" a progression to pommels, rings, and parallel bars. They will work on floor and vault drills to help increase body awareness and spatial sense, with a focus on proper technique and strength building and flexibility. Class is 2 hours. Twice per week is strongly recommended. Second class will be discounted by 25% at checkout.
