Description :

For Kids Ages 7 -12 years

A relaxing, fun, glow-in-the-dark night of yoga!  Kids will learn postures and breath techniques in a glowy atmosphere.  We will end with a calming, positivity activity that they can practice anywhere.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.  We have extras if needed.
