Description :
Gymnasts have the opportunity to explore and practice new skills on all four artistic apparatuses: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. This class is intended for young girls who are new to gymnastics & have little-no experience. They will be learning introductory gymnastics skills such as front rolls, handstands, cartwheels, swings on bars & various walks/jumps on beam.
