This is a DROP OFF program. Parent or guardian does not participate with their child. 

Children will receive an introduction to gymnastics through circuits on our modified gymnastics equipment.

In addition to acquiring basic gymnastics skills, our programs encourage peer interaction, gross motor movement, fun and fitness.

Athlete's will be working towrads completing levels 1 & 2 of the Kindergym program.
