Description :

This class will focus on awareness and self defence techniques. It is not a formal karate class and is intended on realistic usable techniques for personal safety. It is safe for all ages 18 and over. We will sneak in a bit fitness for fun. This class will be lead by Sensei Brad Berrns who has been instructing self defence and fitness as well as formal karate for many years.
