Our most comprehensive class is designed to give you confidence in your ability to protect yourself. Learn how to respond quickly and appropriately and manage stress through role play scenarios. This class will help you develop mastery in the full spectrum of self defense skills, including verbal de-escalation, intuitive response, active awareness, boundary setting, and full force fighting. Our techniques work for all genders, ages, and ability levels.
