Learn the fundamentals of personal safety in an effective and fun way! Teens will learn critical life skills such as active awareness, healthy communication and boundary setting, de-escalation, and physical self-defense strategies to keep them safe in all areas of their lives.These skills are essential for helping teens to stop violence from happening and keep themselves safe as they gain more responsibilities and freedom.
