Green Frog is a transitional class that changes children’s focus from play based to skill based programming and takes place exclusively in the main gym. Gymnasts will develop an awareness for gymnastics safety and focus on learning fundamental movements patterns including statics, landings, locomotions, swings, springs and rotations. This is an excellent class to promote a FUN, active lifestyle and development of physical literacy.
