Senior Achievement classes are the same as Achievement but are designed for children 9 to 12 years old to group preteens into socially appropriate groups. The Inspire Sports Achievement classes are skill based programming that focus on Gymnastics Specific Skills. All Gymnastics skills taught are based around the Fundamental Movement Patterns consisting of Statics, Landings, Locomotions, Swings, Springs and Rotations. There are 12 levels for girls and 10 levels for boys.  

Level 1 & 2 classes require no previous gymnastics experience to register. Perfect for the first timer who is looking for an introductory challenge to the Sport of Gymnastics.

Levels 3+ require completion of the prior levels before moving up to higher and more difficult levels. Movement from level to level requires the mastery of the skills at the lower level and sufficient strength and flexibility. These are excellent classes to promote a FUN, challenging, and an active lifestyle to develop physical literacy.
