This Free trial class is designed for an introdutory Taekwondo lesson for those who are new to Taekwodno.

Âge requis : 3 à 17 au jour de l'activité

Notes : Is the child experiencing any of the following: severe difficulty breathing (e.g., struggling for each breath, speaking in single words) severe chest pain having a very hard time waking up feeling confused lost consciousness shortness of breath at rest inability to lie down because of difficulty breathing difficulty managing chronic health conditions because of current respiratory illness In the past 14 days did the child return from travel outside of Canada? If so, Please contact Alberta Health Services and take a COVID-19 test before making registration.

Prérequis : Bring the registration form that shown the participant names. . Wear a MASK (you could purchase a mask in our online store).Bring your own water bottle. (you could purchase the bottle of water in the online store if you need) Only the participants allow coming in the studio.
