Fluorescent Fun - Under the Sea

Get ready for an unforgettable underwater escapade! We'll be diving into a creative journey using vibrant neon paint on a canvas board to bring a Hippocampus (that's a fancy word for seahorse) to life. Our black lights will help us shine and make some extraordinary art together!
