Yoga poses in the water to help increase balance, strength and flexibility. Practitioners will gain the the same physical, mental & emotional benefits as land yoga.

The buoyancy of the water allows for less stress on the joints, increased range of motion while the resistance of the water increases strength. This is a great choice for those new to yoga and the experienced yogi. Sessions typically include 6 classes.
