Description :

This class will use a variety of equipment and include numerous movement types and games designed to encourage healthy physical development and body awareness. While moving their bodies in different ways, participants will also learn about the muscular and cardiovascular body systems. Participants will be encouraged to challenge themselves, have fun, and make new friends in a supportive environment!
