Join us for a gentle yoga class which is accessible for all levels. Expect to flow through a series of gentle, yet dynamic movements that will help you build strength, increase flexibility, and improve balance. Through intentional breathing and mindful movement, you will be able to release tension, reduce stress, and connect with your inner peace.

Our class is suitable for all levels of experience, and our wonderful instructor, Rena Argiropulos, will provide modifications and adjustments to meet your individual needs. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned yogi, you will find a welcoming and supportive community in our class. So come and join us for an uplifting and rejuvenating yoga experience!

Pass Options

10 Class Fitness Pass 

The 10-class Fitness Pass is available for those who want more flexibility or who will only attend classes periodically. 

The Fitness Pass is valid for 4 months from date of purchase.

Drop In

Drop-in fees are available to anyone wanting to attend on a class-by-class basis. 

Notes : We ask participants to bring their own exercise mat, indoor shoes and water bottle. Classes take place at 1805 Gaspe. Parking is available on site.

Prérequis : 10 Class Pass : Participants who have purchased a 10 class pass MUST register in advance online using their pass in order to attend. Those who have not pre-registered using their pass will not be permitted. If you are having difficulty pre-registering for classes, please contact mproulx@manorpark.ca
