Make this Hatha Yoga class with the wonderful Nina LePage your new favourite Saturday morning activity!

This is a classical Hatha flow class for all levels. You will stretch, unwind and use different breathing exercises as well as a nice relaxation cool down.

Nina combines gentle Hatha Yoga poses with breathing exercises. Live in each breath as you move from pose to pose, relieving stress and stiffness in mind + body. 

These classes are for all levels. The emphasis is on making the poses available for all. Alignment, strength and flexibility come with regular practice and patience.

 

Pass Options

10 Class Fitness Pass 

The 10-class Fitness Pass is available for those who want more flexibility or who will only attend classes periodically. 

The Fitness Pass is valid for 4 months from date of purchase.

Drop In

Drop-in fees are available to anyone wanting to attend on a class-by-class basis. 

Notes : We ask participants to bring their own exercise mat, indoor shoes and water bottle. Classes take place at 1805 Gaspe. Parking is available on site.

Prérequis : 10 Class Pass : Participants who have purchased a 10 class pass MUST register in advance online using their pass in order to attend. Those who have not pre-registered using their pass will not be permitted. If you are having difficulty pre-registering for classes, please contact mproulx@manorpark.ca
