Practices will be held from September to March. Days and ice times are still to be confirmed by the City of Ottawa. This team will have a mandatory Choreography camp to be held on Saturday August 26th in Carleton Place. A full calendar of ice times and competition dates will be available in August or once we have received ice contracts from the City of Ottawa.

Team fees for the team this season will be $2400. Team fees include the Choreography camp, all on- and off-ice time, coaching costs, competition entry fees, competition dresses. A deposit of $300 will be required by May 31st, 2023 upon your registration. The remaining amount will be paid in 5 installments between September and January. Team fees do not include hotel costs or transportation to competitions, which are the responsibility of the skater.

Should the team qualify for Provincials and the coach chooses to attend, there will be an additional fee outside of the team fees to cover the competition costs for the additional event.

Skaters will require an on-ice and off-ice jacket in addition to the wardrobe items provided. Arrangements to purchase these will be made through the team once the season starts.

Prérequis : Only Skaters who received a written offer of a position on the Star 8 Team for the 2023-2024 season are eligible to register.
