Introduces 6v6 volleyball in a slightly modified format that is designed to increase the number of contacts and quality of play in a controlled manner. This level will use the Ontario Volleyball Association “3-ball” format to begin (teams will play 3 rallies for each ball served). Over the course of the 7 weeks, this game will be accelerated so the action becomes fast and continuous while evolving to a standard 6v6 game – with appropriate tactics and position-specific skills.

• Mixed-gender, aged 11-14 (experience required)

• Graduation from FUNdamentals Learn or comparable experience (please email before signing up) required

• Drills and gameplay scenarios within the practices

• Coaching by experienced volleyball coaches

• Instruction and feedback based on developing technical and tactical skills
