MNjcc’s Small Group Training program is an exclusive training system for those who are seeking the expertise of, and motivation from, a personal trainer.

This is an educational program that is meant for those who want to learn more about how to start or progress in their strength training. Whether you are a complete beginner to weight training, starting again after an injury or just want to deepen your understanding of safe and effective strength training, this program is for you! Mika will help you optimize your strength training technique through learning and practicing proper form and posture alignment for heavy lifting.

This class is limited to five (5) participants, offering members the chance to exercise as part of a small team, while enjoying the benefits of personal training at a lower price point.
