Description :
This exercise routine will help you regain your strength in a safe and body-positive environment. Connect with other parents and bring your baby along with you. No equipment needed. Note: You can begin exercise at six weeks postpartum with clearance from your healthcare provider to resume normal activity. Each class has circle time with songs and movement for babies too! Class led by a Pre & Postnatal Fitness Specialist using bands, balls, dumbbells or your baby (if they're awake).
