Description :

All levels are welcome to join us as we explore gymnastics.  Campers will have full use of the gym, including vault, bars, beam, floor and our trampoline center.  Kids will have structured coaching, games and open gym time.  This weeks theme is Colors, so we will not only be learning gymnastics but will also incorporate activities involving all sorts of Colors.  
Please bring a snack, water, and sneakers each day, specific activities for each day will be sent out closer to the beginning of camp.

The schedule will change a little each day but will be similar to this:

9:00-9:45am Warm-up and gymnastics floor work
9:45am-10:30am Gymnastics events 
10:30am-10:45am- Snack/Break
10:45am-11:00am Games/activities 
11:00-12:00pm- Gymnastics events or trampolines  
12:00pm Pick-up

Todos los niveles pueden unirse a nosotros mientras exploramos la gimnasia. Los campistas tendrán el uso completo del gimnasio, incluyendo bóveda, rejas, vigas, piso y nuestro centro de trampolín. Los niños tendrán entrenamiento estructurado, juegos y tiempo de gimnasio abierto. El tema de esta semana es el circo, por lo que no solo aprenderemos gimnasia sino que también exploraremos el circo aéreo.
Traiga un refrigerio, agua y zapatillas de deporte todos los días, las actividades específicas para cada día se enviarán más cerca del comienzo del campamento.
