This is an all level class for elementary and middle school students. We work on focus, respect and discipline through physical and structured activities such as kicking and punching and self-defense. Taekwondo and Hapkido are both Korean martial arts, with taekwondo meaning "the way of the hand and foot" and Hapkido meaning "the way of coordinated energy".

Esta es una clase de todos los niveles para estudiantes de primaria y secundaria. Trabajamos la concentración, el respeto y la disciplina a través de actividades físicas y estructuradas como patadas, puñetes y defensa personal. El taekwondo y el hapkido son artes marciales coreanas que significan "el camino de la mano y el pie" y "el camino de la energía coordinada" respectivamente.
