Description :

This sports conditioning program is recommended for all participants who are intersted in registering for, or are currently enrolled in an NWCSRA sport. The purpose of this training program is to decrease the occurrence of injury while increasing overall performance. A personal trainer will assist with providing exercises to improve speed and strength.
