NEW CAMP! Why is chocolate so tasty? What molecules give chocolate its distinctive properties? If you’ve got a sweet tooth and want to learn more, come investigate the Science of Chocolate! We’ll focus on chocolate-themed activities and experiments including temperature, textures and of course, TASTE! This camp will include products made with dairy and we’ll include a list of ingredients ahead of time. Come explore the science of chocolate with us!
