Description :
Join us in our immersive team practices, for 2 hours of baseball skills, followed by 1 hour of strength and conditioning. This program is similar to our regular Junior Development, but with more reps and more in-depth development of skills. Strength and Conditioning is age appropriate, lead by our in-house, personal trainer.
