Description :
The basic tumbling clinic will focus on the fundamentals of tumbling. Students will go over how to improve their L-stand handstand and cartwheel, as well as work on basic skills like rolls and bridges. The goal of his clinic is to get students prepared for progression toward front and back walkover.
