The Pre/Postnatal Series welcomes pre/postnatal students to join in community and learn how to best support yourself for the journey that lies ahead. Share a space with those traversing the same path and develop practices for preparing the body, mind and heart. This space is suitable for all bodies - in whatever stage of pregnancy or postpartum. We hope you join this wonderful opportunity to feel inspired and nourished in community.
